If you need me to test, I can gladly do so. If I can get the “notify-by-pushover” in my contacts, I should be able to tell you what happens from there. I got my API key all configured in pushover. Im pretty familiar with using pushover. I use it in other things such as my asterisk box.

Can you confirm that you have pushover in NEMS 1.3? I don't see notify-by-pushover as an option for my contacts.
