Hi propellerhead333,

I have been reading your posts and I am sorry for the issues and frustration. Robbie F has been going through a lot recently and hopefully will be able to focus on NEMS a bit more soon. He also runs a web show called Category5 Technology TV and was recently given minimal notice of eviction from his studio space and with Covid-19 assistance moving was practically non-existant.
I will certainly mention to him the lack of documentation. He has been meaning to improve that. I did point out that the old forum was boken so he tranferred it over to this new MUCH improved site.
Rest assured that NEMS is his passion and he will get back into the swing as soon as is humanly possible.
Thank you for trying NEMS and keep the faith. Things will get better.
Best regards,

Hey thanks for the response. Current times completely understandable. And sad news about his studio. I am a brand new subscriber and watched everything I could find on NEMS. It's a very well produced show.

I'm not expecting a fast turn around or even a reply given the current state of our world, new information about the developer's current struggles, and also, I am not paying for support. So whatever I get, is a blessing.

That said, I'd be more than happy to help where I can, which includes updating documentation if I could get a little kick start (when your lives permit) on a functional setup to document against.

Thanks again for the quick reply / update.

Thanks, guys.

Yep, documentation is slowly coming together. My NEMS development time is heavily directed toward the coming release of NEMS Linux 1.6, but I'm adding docs as I go, as I can. The video tutorials I and some in the community have produced are quite helpful, and the exercises in ODROID Magazine that walk you through NEMS Server setup and config are really great tools for getting started. I'd like to adapt them into the docs, as a matter of fact.

Things aren't "normal" yet, but getting back on track. Thanks for your patience, and stay safe!
