Significant enhancements to NEMS Migrator "Restore" functionality.

NEMS Migrator's nems-restore command has received some major improvements over the past few days!
Please open NEMS NConf and look at "Advanced Services -> Show". How many services do you see listed. If it is 7 (or thereabouts), this patch is for you.
IF that is you, please run a new nems-restore, and then visit Advanced Services in NConf again to see the difference.
There are many more improvements as well. Eg., all the check_commands are now available after a restore, and so much more.
If you have never run a nems-restore before, this patch doesn't affect you and you do not need to take action.
If you have run a nems-restore prior to July 20, 2018, this patch is for you.
