NEMS Linux 1.5 OVA Build 3_1 fails to deploy

error when deploying the lastest OVA image on ESXi 6.5

Could not create '/vmfs/volumes/59aacef7-27844344-92ac-4439c455de00/NEMS Linux 1.5 OVA Build 3_1/ovf:/file/file3': Could not find the file

this needs removed from the VMX file
nvram = "ovf:/file/file3"
