SD Card Reliability

I just setup my NEMS server last week and it's been working great. The question I have is how long can I expect a micro sd card to last in one of these servers? I'm using a Kingston Digital 32GB microSDHC UHS-I Speed Class 3 U3 in a Raspberry Pi 4.
