Warning for check_win_disk not display on TV dashboard

Have a check_win_disk to check via WMI going for servers.
One server exeeded threashold and show up as red on that service in the NEMS Agios Dashboard, but on the TV Dashboard it says all services OK, Services critical 0 and warning 0.
Do i have to set something when i create the check_win_disk under Advanced Services to make it show as warning also on the TV Dashboard ?

In Adagios Status Overview > Services, it lists 26 services, which 1 is red. But in the TV Dashboard it only list 25 Sevices and all green.
