SSL issue - No automatically generates

Hi,

I just setup pi 4 with nems linux 1.5.2. for nagios.
During nems initiating process no SSL generate for instance. pls check Fig_04. I just followed youtube https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OLvDxL9LiAk&t=1009s .

So,
I succeed to open Nems Home page, as you can see in Fig_01.
But, I get Fig_02 and Fig_03 when I'm trying to acces NEMS System Settings Tools or other menu.

Can you help me understand if this is because SSL, pls?
How can I fix it?

I really don't know why but suddenly some nems submenus not shows.
pls check Fig_05, Fig_06

So strange..

Pls HELP
