Config for Windows

Post by tloomos »

I've been trying to search for an answer but can't seem to find it. I'm running a new install of NEMS v 1.5.2 on RPi4 and also ran nems-upgrade and installed a new patch to address Windows WMI issues. I also followed all of the instructions on this page: https://docs.nemslinux.com/en/latest/ch ... k_wmi.html

I'm getting an error that it can't find the check_wmi_plus.pl script. I looked in /usr/lib/nagios/plugins and sure enough, it's not there. Did I miss a step somewhere during my initial installation or configuration?

Since I couldn't get WMI working, I installed NSClient++ to give that a try. I get the NSClient Version in NEMS, but the other checks (the ones that were pre-configured out of the box) all say "No performance data from command"

At this point, the only successful thing I can do against my Windows hosts is ping them and check the NSClient++ Version number. I feel like I must be doing something wrong somewhere but I can't seem to figure it out.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?
