Where do you want to pull the information from?
I get this with Syslog from my switch. Many managed switches also have the ability to shut-down the port when a port detects another MAC address, that is great for security. Someone plugs unplugs their computer and plugs in a home-router to 'add' WiFi, network port shuts itself off because the MAC change.
