check_openmanage plugin for Dell Servers

Please port this Plugin: 'check_openmanage' from the Nagios Exchange, to NEMS

Would be amazingly helpful, and allow us to eliminate another monitoring solution in favor of NEMS.
This monitors all the hardware in most Dell PowerEdge servers.
