As of yesterday "Speedtest server not responding"?

Post by MiskoR »

Hello,

Can anyone help me to troubleshoot and solve this error?

I've already tried changing the server number and leaving it blank.

In the past 9 hours this is always the message from the check "Speedtest server not responding."

It was working fine for the last few months...

Thanks!

Ookla, the speedtest site, has changed their policies. Robbie is working on a patch to change to a different free service to correct this issue. Currently the patch works with some platforms but not all. The plan is that we are going to work together today and get it working. Sit tight. Help is on the way.

Would this generate the following error?

You do not have the expected number of indices in your output from SpeedTest. Is it correctly installed

Patch issued. You can either wait for update in the coming days or for auto push or you can run sudo nems-quickfix

Hi. Ras Pi 4, 8GB RAM. NEMS 1.5.2. Speedtest not working. 'sudo nems-quickfix' applied but no success. Pi rebooted (just in case). Am I doing something wrong?

Is a push update iminent?

Thanks in advance

Hello All,
Unfortunately, this issue has been a bit tricky. A new patch has been issued for the Raspberry Pis and you can try running this command to rectify the issue: sudo nems-update && sudo nems-quickfix --reset 000015
Platforms other than the Raspberry Pi are still under observation.
The patch will be pushed soon after more testing. Thanks for your patience.

Unfortunately this did not work for me on my Pi 4. I'll be patient and wait for the push.

Thanks in advance.

Worked for me yesterday on Rpi 2 then it stopped working again this morning. I'll try running it again.

I ran the command again this morning. Here's the error report:
