I am not sure what you're asking me to look at. The user contribution was submitted, approved, and implemented. Is it not working for you? If not, either the original contributor or someone with knowledge of the Telegram system would need to have a look, so I need to know more about what you are actually asking for.

If you need, i have done by myself a little paragraph of documentation (more detailed) for configure and use Telegram push notification on NEMS.
I mean how obtain the Bot ID and the Chat ID.

Hi,

For various reasons I still run NEMS 1.3.
Recently I had an issue with a machine and I did receive email warnings but no Telegram messages.
I haven't touched NEMS and this used to work.
I ssh'd into NEMS and could send Telegram messages from the command line.
As far as I can see, the configuration is correct.
Anything else I can check?

I hadn't looked in the Nagios log files. I tried it just now and received an error message stating that I did not have permission to view the log file...
